Mac App Store is the simplest way to find and download apps for your Mac. To download apps from the Mac App Store, you need a Mac with OS X 10.6.6 or later. Apple indicated back in June 2017 that macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) would be the last Mac operating system to support 32-bit apps “without compromise”. Then in April 2018 Mac users running High.
Quit Preview.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Remove the following. You may not find them all. Restart and test.

Kindle App For Mac High Sierra
- The application cannot be run from within the dmg. You must drag it to a folder on your filesystem (The Desktop, Applications, wherever).
- In order to show calibre in a different language, open the preferences (by pressing ⌘+P) and select your language.
- If you are using macOS older than 10.14 (Mojave), the last version of calibre that will work on your machine is 3.48, available here.
- If you are using macOS 10.8 (Mountain Lion), the last version of calibre that will work on your machine is 2.85.1, available here.
